OK.. I am taking all of this a completely different direction and reading into each of the historical value of the people and ASKING...
Could it just be tied into the the "Taking our city back?"
Were all of these figures involved in some fight for independence or war?

Ok, I may be realllllly stretching here and grasping at a lot of straws, but, we're all on the bus when it comes to all these guys having to do with money and that this was led into by the Slipknot game. Looking at my lowest numbered bearer bond #281350 and taking into account each persons Presidential order with Franklin and Hamilton being a 0 since they weren't President, I can break that serial number down into, Wilson (28), Washington (1), Kennedy (35) and either Franklin or Hamilton (0). Has anybody else with the bearer bonds looked into this? Like I said, it's probably nothing, but I found it interesting.

Also, I noticed that the first portrait and the last portrait are both non-Presidents, kinda like book-ends. Could there be a significance to this?
