We don't all have to have partners... but each city does need at least one person providing them with information.

thats what i belive and as for the updates it will most likely be for the partner-in-crime online
so the states are seperate so no one gets confused

I wouldn't stress about the whole partners thing, i agree that each city should at least have one person...
if there is a rather big number of people involved that we know of then maybe a few oracles would be adequate...

but then again i don't know for sure... we can only get as many oracles as possible, and no use in worrying after they are gathered up

I could see an update to the citizens for batman forum, and maybe a few more emails in Barhyte's inbox, but probably not tonight.

I think one problem is that we tend to get so focused on one game, we don't make the connections between the games

..Like with Mary Breitup at Rossi's, most of us were surprised that the hostage situation was at Rossi's...we hadn't put all the pieces together (I know I didn't even realize a real person had been answering the phones until a day later).

Nope, I highly doubt this. First of all, I'd be surprised if even 300 people show up to one location. Second, the Joker didn't tell us we had to have pairs - he set it up just like SDCC07. Third, we should all work together instead of trying to be the first one to the finish line, because we'll all get the same prize.

Yeah for the Toronto one, we only have like 3 people for the online aspect at the moment.

I think we can just assume that people will be sharing their info in the given cities, and when they all show up at the same place it won't be too difficult to pretty much follow along...
if 300 or more people do show up, they just need multiple oracles (but likely not 300) to ensure the instructions are going to be out in the open
