Man, whole story is just surreal.

I saw this last night. I was honestly shocked at the few details that were given. It almost sounds like he was trying to break in to do something rather horrible to the mother of his child and in a blind rage got the wrong place.

It certainly sounds like there was something else cooking, in regard to busting in like that. Still, it's tragic.

The toxicology report being "a couple weeks away" sounds sketchy. A preliminary report that could identify any likely drugs or alcohol shouldn't take more than a few days.

Tragic all around. A loss of a young man, a young father. A big loss for his child and family. And of course if this story is accurate, tragedy for the man who had to take a life.
