i think BOTH posters are amazing, the first one is easy to look at, very refreshing like a breath of fresh air, and keeps in tune with the previous SM3 posters with the much darker feel while still in touch with the previous movie posters, so it's not that dark like the venom poster but still says that the movie is going to be darker.
The second poster on the otherhand makes you go 'Wow, thats sick' like a smack in the face, makes you realize that it is going to be the darkest movie yet. i think without the tint it wouldn't have as much effect as it does. maybe the poster is meant to be ugly and sickly, that makes you go 'oh thats terrible', because that's what poison is, that's what it makes you feel like, and that's what venom is.
yeh so what there not perfect? so what if he has two left legs? who cares there only posters and besides i didn't even notice any of them 'flaws' until you pointed them out. but i didn't even realise when i first saw it that it was a reflection, it looked like two seperate personalities, like Norman Osborn and the green goblin in that mirror scene in the first spiderman. it didn't ever occur to me that it was meant to be a 'reflection' and i still don't think it is ment to be. There both still amazing posters.
