World New statues/busts thread

Heres a statue that has me very excited.A classic Incredible Hulk based on different takes on the character by Jack Kirby , John and Sal Buscema.Its in early stages.Randy Bowen is sculpting this one himself.

I normaly don't care for Diamond Select stuff with them its either hit or miss,most of the time its miss.Their Venom and Green Goblin pieces come to mind ,didn't care for both of them.

Yet the funny thing is they hit one out of the park with a great John Romita SR based Kraven statue.If we ever got Kraven I figured it would be by Bowen who's doing Scorpion and Mysterio statues.

Nice piece that I will pick up.

Yeah agreed ,Kraven's Last Hunt is a great read and classic arc.

Not sure what made you decide to quote ME in regards to your pointing out you think Kraven's suit was "gay", but whatever floats your boat, i guess.

Wow, a lot of good lookin statues comin up. That GG one is wicked, along with the Red Skull one (the one where his eyebrows, or where the should be, aren't jutting out of his head).

More than likely, they're to help the hunter move silently while stalking his prey. as opposed to, say, clunky garden-variety super villain boots.

I love the effect on his bowl too. Not solid but not totally see-through either. Very nice.
