Has the Film Companion been delayed?

Places are saying Feb. 17th.

I'm definately getting the Art book. I'm still unsure about the other two. I could probably live without the film compainion.

All three movie tie-in books come out on the 10th. The Art Book, the Visual Companion, and the Portraits book.

Figured as much. Is the art of book coming out with a soft cover edition?

Got the Film Companion today - awesome book. So many pictures and snippets of info - one of my favorites is:

Near the end of the book we see a photo of Dan (mask pulled back like a hood) and Laurie (wearing the Snow Owl suit over her shoulders) both standing by the Owl Ship looking back at Karnak - the Caption: "Laurie and Dan leave Veidt to mull over his actions". Which I guess whatever your view on the Jonergy blast, at least it appears they definitely didn't kill off Adrian as some were still worried about.

This is why I'm dissapointed with The Dark Knight's 'Making of' book. There's not a whole lot there while the Watchmen has friggin' 3 books coming out!

I picked up Watchmen and Philosophy: A Rorschach Test last night from Borders.

Still haven't found the other books yet.

Spoke too soon, picked up the Film Companion yesterday at the local comic shop.

Well, there goes my paycheck. I just picked up all three of the books from Barnes and Noble. They're all awesome. I just wish the Portraits book had a bit more text in it.

Gonna go to Borders and check them out, but due to their cover price I'm not sure if I'll pick them up yet, esp. since I have to save my money for Street Fighters IV this month.

They're from both the Film Companion and the Art of the Film. So that's two books you want.

Just picked all 3 up, they're all fantastic, so much good info in them. The portraits are just beautiful and great to study.
