I'm glad they're back, too bad I won't see them.

 

I liked Hannibal King in Blade Trinity, but I thought Abigail Whistler was a bit of a cipher, more eye candy than anything else.

If there are Nightstalkers in the series, I hope they go with Rachael Van Helsing, Frank Drake, Quincy Harker, etc. There's more they can probably do with those characters since they haven't been seen on screen.

 

The fact that there are characters named Harker and Van Helsing pisses me off to a new level.

How uncreative can you be?

 

Maybe Morbius can guest star now (as originally planed for Blade II) since his movie has pretty much gone to hell.

 

I like the idea of Morbius being on the new Blade show. I think he would make a good main villian for Blade. And the TV show needs to have some good villians, preferably a recurring main villian that can push Blade to his limits.

 

I'm think that Abby and King may be played by Different actors or they will introduce newer members of the Nightstakers.

 

I actually liked them in Trinity, espically Hannibal. Too bad they won't be able to get away with his more vulgar insults.

 

I agree, thats probably whats meant by the "kinda" show up because everyone probably expects King and Whistler.

 

I hope good Marvel characters will guest star.
Itll give it a ratings boost.

More Nightstalkers could do.

Well, they were part of the original Tomb of Dracula comic where Blade first appeared, and in fact wasn't even half-human, half-vampire. And since Dracula was the villain of the piece, it's no surprise decendants of the Harker and Van Helsing bloodlines were involved.

 

I'm all for new Nightstalkers or Moribus.

 

So is this a TV show based on the movies, or a TV adaption of a comic book series?

 

Based on the movie continuity but with more influences from the comics. So I'm expecting to see more Nightstalker and Dracula involvment (Seriously. When the hell has that guy ever died for good?).

 

Hopefully they'll pull the same actor for a episode if he does appear. I mean he's on Prison Break at the moment.
