No more Claire? Or does this mean the end of Heroes?

I'd say it's more of a bad sign for Heroes. It seems like everyone is pursuing options outside of the show.

No surprise... Heroes is supposed to end soon anyway

YES! She was the most boring character ever.

I'm waiting for the full series collection DVD along with the printed version of the E-Comic episodes.

Hayden should pursue other shows if possible; I doubt Heroes will be renewed, anyway.

Isnt its ratings declining like crazy... Its def not attracting new viewers... since the story is already so confusing and ridiculous

NBC won't dare cancel. The only thing keeping the network alive is TBL, and Heroes is still one of their highest rated shows.

Really? One of the highest rated? I doubt that....even if I don't want to doubt it.

If they would have done this 2 seasons ago, maybe they would have higher ratings...............getting rid of Claire that is.

While she is exec producer they may just slim down her role on heroes. She is a young budding actress and it only makes sense for her to branch out more.
Heroes could be changing its direction with a new cast , kind of like a reboot or something like they were talking about after the first season , that would be interesting.

Claire is executive producer of Heroes?

No on the show she is going to be working on , unless i read that incorrectly.

So it's definetly going to be all about her then.

As long as the story doesn't lag, I'm cool with another season.

I dont think they will cancel Heroes.

Ive been saying this forever, I understand why network want to keep the episode count higher, but short seasons would make for much tighter writing and a better story telling all around.

Sorry I dont think Claire is going anywhere as long as this show is still on. Peter, Claire and Sylar have and always will be the center of the show.

Well a shorter season didn't work too well with Season 2 of heroes, IMO after a phenomenal first season the second season was a big drop, season 2 seems to be the weakest season of Heroes.

S2 had the strike to deal with which threw the season into chaos.

Season 2's main problem wasn't that it was short, it was that it was unfinished. They set the pace and story as if it was a full season but after how unpopular the first half was, the people behind Heroes decided to start a completely new story after the writer's strike instead of completing the original plan.

Imagine if S1 ended at Homecoming. It wouldn't have been nearly as effective.

This would be a really bad move on her part. The next season will likely be the last and it won't be long before there is movie talk. Killing her character off would short her a movie deal.

They need to evolve her character-- most of the time, Claire's story just make me say, "Oh, this **** again." I'm glad she came out as a post human because her storylines about trying to have a normal life got old after the first season.

:lmao::lmao:::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

... sorry the ridiculousness of that statement caused me to look for my ass, since i laughed it all the way off to Omaha.

If they did get rid of Claire, things would be so much better off. She's the reason ratings keep diving, or at least one of the reasons any ways. Maybe they'll at least limit her screen time and put more on Peter like it should be

Yeah. Claire's character is pretty pointless right now. Maybe the finale was a send off for her, I don't know. It doesn't surprise me though and I wouldn't be surprised if others decided to leave.

IF Hayden leaves the show or her role is limited then,

HRG is gone or extremely limited. He's gotten kind of old anyway. Suresh probably won't be in the next season but I wish they would bring him back and find some way to get rid of his stupid powers because him as the professor type character was more interesting IMO.

I seriously think the only characters NBC and US should worry about losing is Peter, Matt, or Sylar. Lose any one of these three and it's all over because they are quality actors and Matt's character has been completely underused up to this point.

I really could do without Claire/HRG/Hiro/Ando right now. I liked Hiro in Season 1 until I realized his story/mission never really reaches a climax. It's like they build him up in 5-8 episodes and then NOTHING. Just a weak climax for him. Like in the beginning the whole sword story (dragon I think?) the hero who ended up being Adam, etc. It was a let down for me.

As for Ali Larter, I think she is gone. Going from Niki Sanders to Tracy Strauss was one of the dumbest ideas Heroes ever came up with and she's been GONE this whole season so to speak. Same with Micah. Suppose he's gone too?

Anyway, I enjoyed some parts of the finale but most of it was flat out tedious and predictable.

So, let me get this straight. Next season there's a possibility that we might not see a lot of people returning. So here's a guess who won't be back:

Tracy Strauss
Claire Bennet
Claire's Lesbian Friend
Noah/HRG
Noah's girl friend (hell I forgot her name)
Micah
Suresh
Nathan (we know this already)
Samuel (what's the point?)

6 actors were part of the original cast. One we know is gone for sure, and the rest are a possibility.
