Well no, because the article says Micah will get a surrogate MOTHER not a surrogate FATHER.

Please re-read the article, note the placement of commas.

There are 90,000 reasons for D.L. and Nikki not to appear, only a few of which involve D.L.'s death (remember, he was in the hospital and his survival was in question when we last heard of him in the webcomic). DL and Nikki could simply dissappear, adding a level of mystery to Micah's story/life.

That said, Dania Ramirez is awesome, and I can't wait to see her... hopefully she can be a proactive female character (y'know, that's not crazy/dangerous/villainous), and have a major plotline... maybe even be "the main" character in the style of Peter next season... that'd be awesome.

What if Micah's surrogate works for the company?? Irish Mobsters are cool... but... Cops are a whole lot cooler than Hospice nurses too, y'know?

It'll be great to see what happens next, and I think it's cute that they kept the powers under wraps for this season when they sure didn't for the first one. Good stuff.
