the way i see it, most of the people on here are in their 20's so noones childish, just typing what they're trying to say and not worrying about grammar. but i see what ur talking about, ur probably reading this right now and shaking ur head like wow, i cant stand reading "ur" instead of "your". Ok, yay! You've inspired me to switch over to "intereducated", I'll probably slip at times but I see in other forums people tend to switch it up sometimes. Why does it matter? Simple. It makes you look incredibly uneducated and lazy--ESPECIALLY on a forum, where you have more time to review what you're posting. We all slip up sometimes and use "your" instead of "you're", or some such grammatical faux pas--it's human. And even if you're doing a text message, while not preferred, it's considered "okay", simply because of the limited number of characters per message [which means less now, since texts are by and large unlimited].

In short, a lot of us pay a lot of tax money for education, and prefer to see that we're not wasting our cash. It's bad enough we already pretty much pay for schools to be babysitters since there's so many kids who don't give a rat's ass about learning.

Also don't expect people to go to a blog that they are unaware of . You could have the best blog ever written but it needs some sort of promotion.

Actually, that post stemmed from a conversation I had on IMDb about Miller's films in general - and the animated films of the eighties and late seventies like "The Plague Dogs" and "Watership Down"; just stuff like that. Some of the stuff we'd discussed I decided were interesting enough to blog - I've got another one coming, that ties into a combo-review of both of the Richard Adams films (Plague and Watership), that I'm still trying to work out.

Also coming - nudie pics, because they are the spice of life.
