- WWE's website has a new poll asking fans if Daniel Bryan should surrender the WWE World Heavyweight Title on tonight's RAW. With over 5,000 votes, 64% have voted, "no, it's Bryan's right as champion if he wants to hold on to his title." 36% have voted, "yes, Bryan is injured and should do what's best for business."

As noted before, former WWE star Luke Gallows and women’s wrestler Amber O’Neal were married earlier this month in Florida. The wedding was attended by many stars including CM Punk, AJ Lee, Zack Ryder, Curt Hawkins, Mickie James, Matt Hardy, Bully Ray, Velvet Sky, Angelina Love, Samoa Joe, Colt Cabana and others.

Regarding Punk, he hung out with some of the guys the next day in Florida and really didn’t want to talk about his status with WWE. According to one source, everyone respected that and didn’t pry. Punk did mentioned that he is serious about being retired and that “the boys” are getting ripped off with how they’re being paid now that the WWE Network is here.

We’ve noted before how top indie wrestlers Willie Mack and Kevin Steen had been offered WWE deals and were close to signing. While there’s still no confirmation that they have signed, we now know more details on what WWE may have in store for them, if they end up signing.

A source close to WWE developmental notes that both Steen and Mack are being considered for the return of Tough Enough on the WWE Network. Tough Enough is scheduled to begin filming in early July at the Performance Center in Orlando so we should know more soon.

On a related note, it’s said that Prince Devitt, who is also rumored to be WWE-bound, is not being considered for Tough Enough at this time. Apparently one of Devitt’s terms was that WWE had to agree that he won’t be stuck in developmental but a certain amount of time before being moved to the main roster. However, there is still no confirmation that Devitt has actually signed his deal.

I wonder if it is possible for a LMS match to end in a tie, and for Bray Wyatt to call that a victory for himself, (i.e. "I went to hell, Cena, but I took you with me!").

Yeah if both guys are down and don't answer to a 10 count, right?

That's a dangerous way to end a PPV if they make this the main event...

Unless the thing that knocks them both out for 10 is a big holy **** spot. That would send the crowd home contented.

Some quick notes on Back to the Yokohama Arena:

-Show all around was very good

-Ishii/Ibushi was awesome

-WHY THE **** AM I STILL SEEING SHELTON BENJAMIN IN 2014? IN NJPW OF ALL PLACES?

-I'm kinda digging the way they're setting up Shibata/Tanahashi

-Ishii is now my pick for the G1 Climax. The MVP in all of pro wrestling in 2014 so far

-Styles/Okada II was a pretty nice step up from their first match

[NJPW News] New Japan announced the early event card for the upcoming DOMINION show in Osaka, Japan on June 21.

Five headlining matches have been announced for the show, with 4 out of the 5 being title matches.

First up Shinsuke Nakamura will be putting the IWGP IC belt on the line against the runner-up of this years NEW JAPAN CUP in Bad Luck Fale. This match will be a rematch from that tournament’s final where Nakamura ended up as the winner. Fale has been leaving his mark in recent month by taking out everyone in front of him with his “monster-like” strength and size. This will mark Fale’s first ever singles throne challenge in NJPW and if their NJC match was any indication this one should be a solid contest.

Also “King Ace” the team of Hiroshi Tanahashi & Togi Makabe will be getting their IWGP Tag title shot against Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows on the show. King Ace earned this right after beating Hirooki Goto & Katsuyori Shibata at the Yokohama Arena on 5/25 and will be looking to take their strong alliance to a championship reign.

Kota Ibushi’s next IWGP Jr. defense has been set as well as he will be putting the belt on the line again the winner of the upcoming BEST OF THE SUPER Jr.’s XXI. Ibushi himself will not be competing in this years tournament, but as I stated before this opens the field for a true contender to emerge to face the champion.

In an interesting turn of events, the reigning IWGP Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles “will not” be defending the belt at this years DOMINION show, but instead will be in a tag match as he teams with fellow BULLET CLUB member Yujiro Takahashi as they take on Kazuchika Okada and Tomohiro Ishii. This match will also be a potential prelude to a future NEVER Openweight match as Ishii has been challenged by Yujiro for a title match. One might also suspect that Okada and Ishii will be looking to exact some much needed revenge after Yujiro defected from the CHAOS faction to join BULLET CLUB.

Then lastly, an NWA World Tag match has also been signed as Hiroyoshi Tenzan & Satoshi Kojima will be defending against “K.E.S.” Lancer Archer & Davey Boy Smith Jr.

Kazushi Sakuraba & Katsuyori Shibata have also been scheduled for competition on the show.

New Japan Pro-Wrestling “DOMINION 6.21”, 6/21/2014 [Sat] 17:00 @ BODYMAKER COLOSSEUM in Osaka

(-) Special Tag Match: Kazuchika Okada & Tomohiro Ishii vs. AJ Styles & Yujiro Takahashi

(-) NWA World Tag Championship Match: [75th Champions] Hiroyoshi Tenzan & Satoshi Kojima vs. [Challengers] Lance Archer & Davey Boy Smith Jr.
~ 3rd title defense.

(-) IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship Match: [67th Champion] Kota Ibushi vs. [Challenger] (Winner of the BOSJ XXI)
~ 4th title defense.

(-) IWGP Tag Championship Match: [64th Champions] “The Machine Gun” Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows vs. [Challengers] “King Ace” Hiroshi Tanahashi & Togi Makabe
~ 5th title defense.

(-) IWGP Intercontinental Championship Match: [8th Champion] Shinsuke Nakamura vs. [Challenger] Bad Luck Fale
~ 2nd title defense.

The Shield and Evolution are going to have a contract signing tonight.

Saw Styles vs Hero today, excellent match, probably the best I've seen from ROH this year. Shame Hero doesn't seem scheduled to appear much right now.

Is ROH's 'Best in the World' show not a joint promotion with NJPW? Wiki has the main event listed as Cole vs Elgin? that would suck, I was hoping for Cole vs Styles. At least we might get reDRagon vs Bad Influence.

And The Shield will beat down Evolution. Which means Evolution's going over.

Adam Cole vs. Prince Devitt is booked for Revolution Pro Wrestling. Gotta check that out...

Making his return to the Wrestling Thread tonight.....

:mrk::woot:
Don't get too excited. I have to leave for work tonight in 20 minutes. I won't be around for RAW tonight. I know, I know, you're all disappointed, but man has to do what a man has to do to keep a roof over his head and food on his table.

And movies on his shelf.

Speculation has it that Joey Ryan and Candice LeRae are going to be heading to ROH in June, just in time for their PPV debut...

This sounds more fun than watching Raw tonight.

Wait, Payback is this Sunday?? So much for any interest I had.

Anyways, Bray is gonna become another member of the John Cena Experience on Sunday.

I honestly see them dragging this Bryan angle post Payback. I don't see him giving up the title.
