So what have I missed?
We havent heard yet how Daniel Bryans surgery has changed things creatively, besides pushing some things back a few weeks, but its no secret now that WWE expects him back in the ring before June is over.
We now know some plans for SummerSlam that WWE was considering before Bryans surgery took place but still after the injury happened. Its important to note that these were being considered before the surgery. We havent heard any updates yet.
* Bray Wyatt vs. Daniel Bryan for the WWE World Heavyweight Title. This one could be interesting if they go through with it because another source said of Wyatt, Id be very surprised if he wasnt a full-on babyface in the next few months.
* Triple H vs. Roman Reigns. This is likely happening, if they can draw the program out that long, because Reigns is the guy Triple H wants for his next big singles match.
* Brock Lesnar vs. Cesaro. This is a feud that WWE wants to do at some point because of the Paul Heyman dynamic.
Its also important to note that these were preliminary ideas discussed. We noted before this week that a feud between Sheamus and John Cena had been discussed and SummerSlam was a possibility.

Hanson is a guy I would like to see ROH bring back. He has a unique look and a solid offense. Also is very quick for a guy his size.
Damn you Mike Bennett...
PWInsider is reporting that WWE is working on a documentary for another Randy Savage dvd. Precursor to a Hall Of Fame induction?
So what have I missed?
Not much, most of the focus is on the Shield/Evolution, Cena/Bray and Bryan/Steph WWE title angle, all 3 programs are treading water at this point.
Cesaro and Sheamus have started a mini program over the US title, RVD/Barrett is happening for the IC title and Alicia's tantrum push is on repeat. My boy Rusev is now in a feud with Big E and that match has been added to Payback.
Bo Dallas has debuted and Adam Rose is DOA.
Even if it doesn't lead to Randy finally taking his rightful place in the HOF, I'll still be glad to have a proper documentary on his career.
Adam Rose is gonna become a one note joke within a few months.

According to a recent report by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, former TNA star Christopher Daniels has signed a contact with Ring of Honor that will see him return to the company in a near full-time capacity. Or rather, as "full-time" as Ring of Honor gets between live events and the occasional iPPV. He is one of the key advertised figures for next month's "Best in the World" live pay-per-view debut. And speaking of which, the PPV will be broadcast on all major US networks including inDemand, Dish Network and DirecTV.
While the New Japan Crew was in the United States, ROH World Champion Adam Cole did a try-out for Gedo and Jado, who book the NJPW shows, as did "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin. Apparently Cole impressed the team and will be heading to Japan in the future, but Elgin will not.

According to a new report, former WWE Tag Team Champion Tyson Kidd had a masked designed and there are preliminary talks of repackaging him as a lucha style star. Kidd is widely considered one of the best natural wrestlers they have in the WWE, but his character has been so badly handled for years that officials aren't sure what they could do with him as "Tyson Kidd" to get him over on Raw and Smackdown. Kidd has been working down in NXT as of late, and will challenge for the NXT Championship tonight at the Takedown special on the WWE Network.
This may seem a bit far-fetched, considering that WWE hasn't effectively used a lucha character since the original Sin Cara was brought into the company, and prior to that it was Rey Mysterio's world title run many years ago. However, WWE is currently in a major era of transformation, with all kinds of styles and characters making their way through development, including the former Samuray del Sol, who now wrestles in NXT as Kalisto. Given the millions of dollars made off lucha masks and how successful Mysterio and even Sin Cara has been at pushing merch, don't be surprised if WWE wants to better capitalize on that market with Rey approaching the end of his career.
Looks like I'm not the only one that doesn't see anything in him and his overblown homage to AJPW match that he has at every show....
WWE product is lackluster as hell and their financial situation isn't any better.
The only joke is going to be you when he becomes WWE World Heavyweight Undisputed Champ (whatever they're calling it now) within a few months!![]()
