Now Introducing HBO Max Classic

Magnolia Network Shows on HBO Max and CNN Shows On Discovery+ as Warner Bros. Discovery Keeps Streaming Services Separate, for Now – The Hollywood Reporter

HBO Max gets Magnolia Network shows, Discovery+ gets CNN. Also, rumors are that TCM will be spun off to it's own streaming channel. So I guess there are no immediate plans to merge HBO Max with Discovery+ which seems incredibly dumb. Adding yet another streaming service to the mix is just outright psychotic.
Yeah, I don't really understand possibly making another TCM streaming service. The TCM tab on HBOMax is great not only for people who are interested in that thing, but promoting it on your primary service is a great way to introduce people to older movies they may not have seen. You'd just be shrinking your audience.

Glad HBOMax is staying, if all this is to be believed though. Now as to what the hell it'll look like, is still up for debate. Absolutely detest this vaulting of already released and/or completed content.

Apparently Paramount added +4.9M subs.

Genuinely curious, is this just a summer drawback? This would be the closest to a pre-pandemic summer, and a first for all the new services. Families rather save the extra $80/month for the wealth of other things to do.

More info will be at an investor day at the end of the year

Sounds like they’re going to ditch the plan of putting theatrical movies straight to SVOD after 45 days. They will be on PVOD first.

That would be an improvement at least. Theatrical needs a decent run.

The 90 Day Fiance Universe. That's it for me. I'm dead. That's too ****ing good.

Does that mean the UK gets it in 2024?
