Hey guys, I have had my PS3 for ever, and got a slim a while ago, to save on power.

I think this problem has nothing to do with slim at all.

For some reason today, whenever I try and play Call of Duty 4/World at War *epseically World at War* it becomes really laggy, even more so if I'm in a party with my friends. Now last year, when COD: WaW came out, I played for months, no problem, no lag on the PSN it was green bars and just dandy.

With COD4 same thing, no lag, it all worked fine. I know they are Host-Client but at these times I had an 8mb Download connection.

But now I got an upgrade and have 15 mb Internet, *a week ago I had only 8 and I was playing COD for the most part just fine* I do an internet connection test on my PS3 and it is getting on average around 10mbs download and 1mbs upload. So that is just fine.

I have just as good even better connection test then most my friends, yet for some reason just this past two days COD has been incredibly laggy, in all games I'm at a red bar, once in a while 2 yellow bars. What is going on? My PS3 says its getting 10mbs which is way more then I had last year, and last week. It is not the internet I don't believe. it is the same company and same equipment, it was getting an 6 mbs today and last week. But today even with the 6mbs or the 10mbs it still is laggy on COD. when I just had 8mb before I upgraded just today to 15mb.

10mbs down and 1mbs up according to the PS3 internet check.....and 100% signal strength....yet still COD has been laggy as hell for me. Which is just very unusual for me.

I have never had this problem with my PS3 through PSN before with COD WaW and COD4 sure there were laggy games from time to time, but most the time it was fine, It was fine last week, and now all of a sudden, its laggy and we tried dozens and dozens of games... so I was hoping maybe some one with more knowledge on this subject matter can shine some light on it for me.
