One of my friends who isn't into sports and probably hasn't followed baseball in 7 years made a Yankee related comment on his Facebook status. WTF? He's not the only one. A lot of them who probably haven't given a crap about the Yankees in 6 years are making similar posts.


And one of my friends is one of those idiot Yankee fans who posts all the time on ESPN message boards.

How about rooting against the guy who ripped off your franchise and begged to get out, along with the guy who called fans of your team pathetic?

What are your problems. I came into thread about a week ago said I was Yankees fan got hated on, was called a band wagoner, a front runner, you know what you guys are ***** seriously. I do hope Tom Hicks sells the team.....of course, all he needs is dark sunglasses, a black windbreaker jacket and look like the cryptkeeper.

He's a cheap man and I don't expect the Rangers to do anything in the offseason, except maybe make minor trades for more prospects. He is however, meeting with prospective ownership groups, one of which features Nolan Ryan. Hopefully that gets done in a few weeks, because then the offseason plan for the team will go into motion.
