Normally trailers are attached to all copies of a certain film like how Terminator 4 was with The Dark Knight all over US and Transformers 2 was with Friday the 13th.

Uh, a movie studio can premiere a trailer and attach it to all prints of their own film.

Because the trailer is scattered about instead of just being attached to all roles of a certain film, no we dont know what its being shown with.
