Geeze, just saw that. I don't know why he wants to prove Poni wrong so badly. It may or may not be true, but I'm willing to trust the guy who got us concept art early. And if it's not true then we'll find out in due time and who really cares that much?

Seriously though, we have no idea when the trailer will hit. It all depends on when the studio gets the thumbs up from the editing department. What I do know is this:

- Over the past two (maybe even three) weeks they have been testing three different trailers with various focus groups. Two of the new trailers are action-oriented while one supposedly reflects the more dramatic aspects of the film (I've only seen one of the action heavy ones so I have no idea what the drama-filled one contains)

- As of last week the studio was ok with it being released, but it is up to Campbell and his cronies who are using recent feedback to tweak the footage and give the final 'ok'

- It will undoubtedly be released in theaters with Sucker Punch and, at the latest, be online a day or two before via Yahoo! Movies.

- TV spots will begin airing in mid-April

Action then Drama. They should really sell the epic space aspect of it, then they should get into the more dramatic parts of the flick. Because so far the merch and promo material has been more epic than the footage we have.

This time, i preffer action than drama.We know less about the plot, but the people will be a very impressive reaction if show the action elements,e more space-opera thing.The people need to be crazy as hell watchinh the new trailer, the hype need to be build right here and now!

When in doubt....go with the more action trailers and show off the mystery and space opera epic we will be seeing onscreen. Show more the dramatic stuff later.

The backdrop music needs to be EPIC orchestra style chorus though and not some cheesy rock music.

i think more people will watch BA then Sucker Punch. WB knows best.

I doubt it. But to each their own for personal taste. I think Sucker Punch looks incredible while everything I see about Battle: LA just turns me off.

That's not confirmation, it's just speculation. It's still entirely likely that this is Oa, with energy emitting from the citadel. Mogo SHOULDN'T be in this movie. His introduction should be a major plot point, but we won't have time for that in the first film. Mogo won't have the same epic quality if he just gets a throwaway reference.

No he isn't. I've been following this movie for a year and a half and I've never seen anyone confirm his appearance. Geoff Johns saying "there will be a lot of Lanterns in it" when someone asks about Mogo isn't confirmation.

I keep hearing that Sucker Punch is going to be better than some people think.

I'm hearing it's visually mesmerizing and the story is definitely a creative original take...not to mention tha action is top notch.

I expect nothing less from Zack Snyder at this point, but even as a fan, his slow mo will get to me soon, maybe sooner rather that later
