Okay this is frustrating. Every time I try to update the system, I get a error message saying it could not update..sytem restart.

Here's hoping you were able to download it by now, it actually took me a while to access the eShop app but hey, there was A LOT of people downloading and accessing on their 3DS's last night night so it was inevitable.

Love the update though, the browser works really good. Was even more surprised that I could actually upload photos from my 3DS onto Facebook. t: I'm hoping the next update will include Netflix.

Also, is Link's Awakening worth checking out? I hate to say it but I never got the chance to play it.

i preordered Zelda OoT 3D on Amazon, but than i started thinking........... 'WHY?'

I mean, i beat the game at least 10 times, why am i going to pay 40 bucks for a game that won't give me anything different besides 3D?

Same reason people have bought games on Virtual Console or the HD remake compilations like God of War.

I also caught the end of another OoT 3D commercial yesterday, it was all in CG and had various scenes from the game. Pretty cool.

i want the zelda game but i just can not justify paying the price, £220 for the console and zelda thats bloody insane

the price will drop and i'll maybe get it then. i'm still surprised they decided to region lock the damn thing

I was going to get OoT this Sunday and a 3DS later in the week, but the more I think about it, the more I'm leaning towards waiting on a 3DS. I'll still get OoT so I can register it for the Zelda soundtrack, but there's no other game I really want now and the red 3DS might come out in the US.

I was going to get OoT this Sunday and a 3DS later in the week, but the more I think about it, the more I'm leaning towards waiting on a 3DS. I'll still get OoT so I can register it for the Zelda soundtrack, but there's no other game I really want now and the red 3DS might come out in the US.

As big a Zelda fan as I am, I think I'm gonna wait until this fall to get a 3DS. I really don't wanna spend 300 bucks right now just to play a game I have several copies of already, even though it is greatly improved. I think I'm gonna wait until Mario Kart and Paper Mario are out at least, and then I'll get OoT.

I'm still gonna check the OoT cases at all the Gamestops just in case they left the Club Nintendo code inside though t:

I'm really leaning towards waiting as well. The best deal now is a $25 GC at Target, but that's only $7 less than if I buy it at Amazon. I also have a lot of games to keep me occupied until then.

I think it's interesting, though, that he mentions a lot of people assume she's named after F. Scott's wife, and Miyamoto named the game that based on F. Scott's wife. Weird full circle thing going on there.

oh the memories, how they are flooding back - the 3d makes it look soooooo good too, and 10 years is long enough that I have forgotten how to do most of it

Ah! You totally threw me off haha! You had me thinking OoT came out today but it doesn't until Sunday in the states. Oh well, I can wait to have my soul crushed in public by the Water Temple...in 3D.

I went to Gamestop and traded in Pilotwings and SSF43D to pay off my OoT 3D; also traded in Goldeneye Wii and Monster Hunter Tri for Resident Evil 3D.
