Just an FYI, it appears that this might be a 4chan trick played on Eurogamer. It's funny, because it was picked up by Kotaku, IGN, and other sites.

Bah!

Well at least this means that we still don't know what's in store for Friday. Seemed odd to announce GTA there, anyways.

Yeah, hopefully we get some good games announced then. Trying not to get my expectations too high though. 4chan isn't helping with that.

I think Sony has got a Monster Hunter up its sleeve and I don't think its the Portable 3rd we've heard about. I'd love a new Patapon but I'm really hoping SEGA show up and announce that Valkyria Chronicle III HD is coming (in the vein of FF Type-0) and Yakuza 5 is Vita-exclusive.

VC3 would be day one for me. Having a blast with VC2 right and loved the first one. So underrated. :csad:

We already know that's coming, we just need details and release date. Hope we get some more RPG announcements.

I'm still to dive in on it, actually. But I want 3 to be confirmed soon, it looks mega-amazing.

Levine reiterates that Bioshock for Vita is not a port, but something brand new.

"It's something completely different that we're crafting," Irrational Games boss Ken Levine tells me as I press him for details on BioShock for the PlayStation Vita. Levine revealed during Sony's media briefing at E3 2011 (pictured) that the new handheld would be home to a unique experience set in the BioShock universe.

"It's not
BioShock Infinite ported to the Vita," he reiterates.

Moments earlier, Levine highlighted a point of frustration that comes with making announcements. While happy to discuss BioShock Infinite's October 16 release date, his Twitter feed immediately filled with questions about the "next thing, or the 'Collector's Edition,' or the Vita game." And here I am, falling into the same trap as his Twitter followers -- asking new questions when old ones are answered.

When might we hear more about the portable experience? "Look," he says with an emerging laugh in his voice. "We're working on it."

"We're trying to figure that [announcement timing] out," he tells me. "I ideally wouldn't have talked about the Vita game when I did. It was understandably important that, you know, Sony wanted us to share that information."
"I think it's important that people know that a lot of big developers are very committed to the Vita and making that successful, but generally I like to go out with something to show." Levine says that he tries not to talk about the Vita game because he prefers to show people something, rather than talk about it. "I'd much rather come out with, 'Hey! Here it is.' Because what I describe is not really meaningful, it's what the experience is and what people perceive [from] the experience."

Levine says his frustrations about those seeking information regarding his company's projects are ultimately ... kind of silly. "That is such a stupid thing to complain about," he says.

"I could have run naked through E3 and nobody would have noticed. Like, 'Who the hell is that guy?'" he jokes, pointing to his years in obscurity before fans took notice of his team's work. "It's very easy to forget to be grateful for that attention and I try to remind myself how lucky I am, how lucky the team is, because people care about what we do."

Cool I love bioshock and can't wait for Bioshock 3 to come out later this year!!

I wonder whether Bioshock Vita will be set in Rapture, or the new setting Columbia. I'm happy either way, a new BioShock game is something to be celebrated.

Anybody else getting/already have Unit 13? My copy comes in today.

My cousin bought it and he said it's a lot of fun and he recomends that i should try it. He said it's completely different from the Demo and a lot funner.

I had the demo and I like that a lot. But I'm waiting on it for now. MotorStorm, Stardust and Escape Plan are all still keeping my busy. After them I might invest in Rayman/Ninja Gaiden.

So the Vita has been out for a month or so,I've been mixed on whether to get it or something else(a camcorder or a cheap laptop)But I've decided to save up for the Vita!!!

What are your pros&cons on the $250/Wi-Fi Vita?,How much is the monthly payment for the 3G Vita?

For me, I went with the WiFi/3G version. It's a "better safe than sorry" type of thing. Not a lot of devs are using the 3g for very much right now, but you never know what they will do with it in the future. I just want to make sure I don't miss out on something. The best part is that the 3G plans are pay as you go and not contract based. The plans are: 250MB for $15/month and 3GB for $30/month. Just pay month to month or when ever you might need 3G access.

It also helped that I got my 3G Vita for about the same price as the WiFi version from Lockerz.com.

So the 3G has WiFi?,IF I had it and ran out of 3G for the month..I could still use WiFi?

Yep. The 3G version has WiFi as well. I use the WiFi all the time, since I play a lot at home. You don't even have to activate the 3G if you don't want to. Use it as you see fit.

yep same here i have the 3g version and just switched it off.
Anyone play Unit 13 i checked it out at my cousin's house and i thought it was fun. What do you guys think have you checked it out?

2 dumb questions about Vita

dumb question 1: how would you go about transferring saves from one Vita memory card to another (like If I upgrade to a 8gb or bigger, how would I move my saves to the 4gb I have now to the other one?)?

dumb question 2: how do I (if possible) upload pictures I have taken with the Vita's camera to Facebook via the FB app on the Vita?

any help would be most appreciated ;)

1- You can connect the Vita to your PS3 via USB and transfer you Vita files to it. Then put the new memory card in your Vita and then transfer the files from your PS3 to it.

No PS3 or just don't want to use it? No problem. Just use your PC instead. DL this and follow the steps provided.

2- First, got to your FB App and tap on Photos. Click on an album then tap add photo on the top of the page. Your Vita pics will pop up and you just select the one you want.

Hope this helps.
