"Kinda" or "almost" doesn't make complete BC. Sorry to say, but Sony promised full BC and they didn't give full BC. You'd be stupid to see it any other way.

Yes, and the 360 has had problems with about 3% of it's consoles so far. If that's such a negligible percentile, you'd be willing to give up your touting of anything being faulty if it's failure rate is 3% or less.
