My thought is that Vince promised Flair his win record will not be touched while Ric lives. Cena will not win the belt again unless Flair dies.. I see Rollins as the first champ to still have the brief case and a storyline about that, possibly a fatal fourway with Reigns winning, being beat to Hell and Seth kept mostly out of it, and cashing in to give Reigns a two minute title.
