Cro Cop is going to replace Nogueira to fight Mir at UFC 119. I would rather watch that fight since the rematch wasn't really all that appealing to me. I think Mir still wins, but at least Cro Cop still has good enough TDD to keep the fight standing.

If the latter part is true, I have Mirko winning for just that reason. If he can't beat Mir's standup, he should retire.

As for frank Mir vs crocop, I think frank is a much more solid fighter standing now, and He has more power. I think frank needs to work on his speed and a get a really excellent boxing coach.

With all the goliaths in the heavyweight division, people should cut bodyfat down and get Faster and better cardio.

If I was frank Mir, I would train for cardio and speed.

And I have watched PRIDE. Cro Cop's head kicks were the thing of legend. Not anymore. UFC Cro Cop is not PRIDE Cro Cop. Facts are facts.

If he head kicks Frank, will Frank go down? Probably. Otherwise it's an ugly night for Cro Cop.

It's the Mir fans that will be devastated if he loses because he's pretty much no longer relevant especially if he gets handled then KTFO'd.

Strikeforce Houston was pretty "meh". There were two hype train derailments though, Lashley & King Mo. Lashley started strong but ended horribly. I don't know if he quit or the ref stopped the fight, either way it was just bad. King Mo just plane got rocked by Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante, guys a badass dude plain and simple.
