What in the WWF.. how the heck did that happen..?

Errr.. I'm 90% positive I saw the episode & it didn't say this at all, they just said Couture was in the shape of a 25 year old as opposed to 45 years old.

Everyone fatigues the same, the only thing you can do is train your cardio around your sport to give you the best performance.. however if your put into a position you aren't normally used to, that's when the plot thickens..
Really? I remember them saying something about Handy being able to build up less lactic acid than a regular person or something like that. I remember the testers being all surprised &stuff. There was something extraordinary 'bout him.
Also, I think Tim Sylvia gets a lot of hate. The guy was 23-2 at one point and he had beaten all comers. He lost to Couture, but he was badly iinjured for that fight. No hate on Couture, but I honestly think Sylvia would have won that fight 8/10 times. He beat Arlovski, who was in the high top 10 at that point, twice. He beat an ADCC champ in Monson. I'm not a Timmy fan and yeah, he looks like Sloth, but still, he's really underappreciated imo.
Tim sux. Got KTFO by Ray Mercer. Kimbo subbed Ray Mercer.

lol

Even though Hardy is one of my favorite fighters, that Friday thing is hilarious!

Watching the latest episode of TUF Koscheck is like a school bully, bullying the class nice guy/nerd... the one difference in this bullying case is that the nice guy/nerd can beat the **** out of the bully if he so chooses.

Really hoping GSP lays the beating on Koscheck that we all know he is capable off doing if he so chooses when they fight.

Well hopefully, GSP doesn't lay a beating on Kos. Hopefully these guys' wrestling neutralizes each other.

GSP has said several times that Koscheck has pissed him off and that he plans on finishing him. I can't wait to see those blonde little ringlets rattle as GSP's fist drives the message home.

Wow, TUF....both of Koschecks fighters got choked out in the first round, lol! Team Koshecks bragging from last weeks win was short lived!

I've been saying it since the first episode, Cody has a hell of a guilotine choke. Dude didn't even have time to think about tapping out before he was out...

I mean they knew Cody had that viscious choke, and they knew to watch for it, and genius does what? Yeah way to go Cody, with some BJJ with those long legs, that kid will be a killer

Brookins? Awesome, Sevak was strutting around like a hardass and he got served, I loved how GSP said nobody knew how good Brookins was, including Brookings himself, LOL

The reaction of Kos' locker room to that Cody guillotine was hilarious. All guys silent as hell until Phan is like "WOW!"

I guess we won't see that Bruce Leroy and Sevak fight on TUF now. I wonder if Leroy is going to talk a lot of noise to him about that. lol

Bellator tonight! Roger Huerta in his 1st fight since knocking out a woman beater!

Alvarez is a beast!

Big day tomorrow ofc, who are you guys picking?

ill just wait and see the reactions from various boards, claiming conspiracies and fixes

My picks for UFC 121:

Lesnar vs Velasquez
Shields vs Kampmann
Sanchez vs Thaigo
Ortiz vs Hammill
Schaub vs Gonzaga

McGee vs Jensen
Cote vs Lawler

Guyman vs Roberts
Stout vs Taylor
Camozzi vs Yi Yang
Madsen vs Yvel

On this week's episode when Kos hid GSP's shoe, I thought he was gonna floor him.

Great weigh in, watching it makes me more pumped to see the fights tomarrow.

In the entier weigh in I thought the 2 people that looked in the best shape where Brock & most definatly Tito. Tito looks like he is in phenomenal fighting shape.. much better than how he physically looked in his weigh in with Forest from what I can recall.. I think we could see a dominant performance from Tito.

Brock looks really good shape as well, his diet improvments have cost him about 15 or so pounds, however he looks much leaner & in much better shape than he already was.
Cutting weight takes abit out off even the people in the lightweight/welterweight division, cutting weight as a bigger guy must take something out of him as well, the fact that Lesnar doesn't/isn't making a cut of 20 pounds to fight anymore will ultimately improve not only his health but his cardio.

You could tell he was a little pissed about that.. its like something that happens at school.

Really hoping GSP finishes Koscheck in December.. prefarably by getting him on the ground & dishing out some furious elbows on his face.
I'd love to see Koscheck's face end up as bad as Mir's did when he fought Brock.. twice.

Twenty-four hours until we can test Tito Ortiz's "soft heads" theory!
