I start off by taking screenshots in windows movie maker. Then I transfer them into Ulead Gif Animator to make the actual gif
I then use Adobe Imageready to attach the still image, and photoshop to add colouring effects.

I like the concept there. Could you slow it down a little? I really like the quote, but it's too hard to read when it goes that fast.

In order to get an avatar you need 300 posts for 50x50, 3,000 posts for 70x70, and 6,000 posts for 100x100.
