The outrage in this case isn't "oh boy another black man goes on a shootin' spree", it's "oh look, another celebrity uses his money and name to get special treatment when in trouble with the law". It's "how in the world can someone have SO MUCH evidence against them for 2 murders, and yet they get away with it?". It's "wow, he even writes a book later on telling, in explicit detail, how he 'would have' murdered his ex-wife and her friend, 'if' he did it."

You gotta stop thinking that the world is all against you or else you'll never be able to enjoy life, man. Yes the black community has had a terrible terrible past brought upon them, and yes it still applies today, but come on now, a good bit of the time things are made into a racial thing when it's not at all.

Take a look at the Jon Bennet Ramsey case from years ago. The two cases are eerily similar in many ways. Both have the suspects that to the mass public seem to be the OBVIOUS perpetrators, both come from very rich homes, both were hugely HUGELY televised, both are still "unsolved", and both are still talked about and joked about years after they happened. And both have nothing to do with any of us.

But why is it that in the OJ case, it's all a matter of race, yet with the Bennet case, where the obvious killers are about as white as you can get, it's not a race thing at all? Do you suppose that maybe all the hoopla about both cases are because of something other than race? Maybe that it just goes to show how, if you have enough money, you can literally get away with murder, no matter how damning the evidence is??

Yeah...that argument of "white guys never get press coverage when they kill somebody" has been tried in the Peterson trial. Guess how much of a media frenzy that turned into? The press eats murder up for breakfast. You'd be naive to believe that race plays much into it, outside of adding spark to their scoop. The fact that people of any race are so adamant with no real prove and with plenty of evidence otherwise in their belief that this man is innocent is the distressing thing, not the other way around.

OJ is an american hero. He showed that sometimes justice really is blind. Their was a time when OJ would have been lynched before he even had a trial. Oj did what white men have and continue to do. He used his status, wealth, and connections to get away with murder. The only people upset about this are racist. You guys do realize that much worst things have happened in criminal courts right? I wont play the "race card" and bring up the fact that their are white men living comfortably who lynched and terrorized blacks, or the fact an asian man named vincent chin was murdered by two white men with baseball bats, and the judge ordered them free because "they werent the type of men who should be in prison". Instead of balling up your fist in anger and longing for the "good ol days" just except the fact that this one time a black man got away with it. Oh and those "innocent victims" were far from it. Ron Goldman was estranged from his family because of his homosexuality and hadnt spoken to his father for several years. He was also the person that got nicole simpson involved in the drug buisness. Nicole and her sister both had frequent sexual relations with mafioso's. Im not saying that they deserved to die, but they both led dangerous lifestyles, and were not the angels the media portrays them as.
