You remember the camel spiders? A co-worker of mine served in the Middle East; she said they have a numbing agent. At night, soldiers have had the camel spider crawl onto them, inject the numbing agent, and start eating. The soldiers have woken up with little holes in them from where the spiders were chowing down.
