IN THIS ISSUE: Jubilee returns to the X-Men, Gambit has trouble adjusting to life on Utopia, Northstar deals with the distance that island living necessitates and No-Girl has to save all the X-Men from a foe living right under their noses. Part 2 (of 4)

Northstar finally has a boyfriend is something always makes me smile. :woot:

I'm strangely interested in No-Girl's story.

OK Jubilee looks an awful lot like wolfsbane there and they totally aged her up.

It's about time they aged her. She should be 18-19 by now.

why is she back dressing as Jubilee..i thought that she was now Wondra..marvel's answer to Wonder Woman

I agree, it's about time she was aged up in the X-books. She did a lot of growing up in New Warriors I don't want to see that go away.

Well, that team has since disbanded, so I'm not surprised she went back to a more familiar look for her return. I'm just hoping that this is an actual return for her into the fray, rather than this just being a one off story where she comes in to share her wisdom with the kids and head back off into limbo. :csad:

Right, yeah, because if Jubilee rejoins the X-Men with no mutant powers, she's going to get so much panel time.

I'm sure she's still got some of her NW tech. And I'd rather take her as background fodder than not being shown at all. I know a lot of people complain about characters just appearing in the background in books like Uncanny, but I at least like to see the characters I like around and knowing at least where they are and in a place where they could at least be used by someone later some point.

I'm simple to please sometimes. Sue me.

So if New Warriors have disbanded what has become of Chamber/Decibel??

She seemed pretty bitter about the X-Men when she was talking to Sofia in NW. Her joining the team again would require a serious change of heart.

Well, just judging from the preview, I'd say that it looks like she's meeting with the kids in secret to pass on her knowledge and stories, so I'd say that she at least harbors some good feelings towards the team in some way, so it's probably something that at least a heart to heart between her and maybe Cyclops could solve.

Why say ''Welcome Home Jubilee!" in the ads...false advertising at it's best. :o

I take it she doesn't stick around?

Nope. She leaves a letter to Wolverine and walks away probably to go off into limbo once more. Oh, and Surge comes in and is basically just a big *****.

I take it she doesn't stick around?
She didnt even make it to Utopia. To add to what JustABill said, Surge was a major biyatch to her and basically told her to get lost

At least gambit stayed on Utopia. Other than that, this issue was a waste. Especially that Northstar story with the crappy art.

I didnt know what was up with the Asian on Asian hate. I think Surge was jealous at the thought of having Jubilee around. She already has to deal with Armor

Well, I'm asian and I don't like Jubilee.

But I like Armor.

yeah Surge was a major b****, i was surprised but maybe i dont know the character. where have they interacted before? i thought the last issue was better, that Northstar story was stupid.

Yeah, I don't know why Jubilee was meeting with the kids, and I don't know why Surge showed up all *****y. But I did like the art and Jubilee trying to find the right words to write to Wolverine.

I loved the Quintin and Martha story, even though I have no idea who either of them are.

I hated everything about the Northstar story.

And the Gambit story, yeah, Nothing really happened, but Its Gambit, so you have to love it. Also, I ahted the art on it at first, but I think it grew on me, I kind of like it.
