So just downloaded this on my ps4 because it's free through ps plus. Didn't see a thread for it anywhere else. Well, oh my god is this game creepy and scary as hell. Already had me jumping and saying omg at things when they happened. Totally fun and scary playing alone in the dark, but this game should also make for fun playing in the dark with a group of friends

don't worry about it . the search doesn't always work when people look for that. I've noticed that here as well as a few other forums before it. it's just a fact of life. I know for sure there was a triad war's thread of which it is connected to sleeping dog's and I couldn't find it ether. so some one will have to make another later.

So, I played a little of this game last night. With the lights off. And my headphones on.

This game will **** you up all sorts of ways. It has to be one of the scariest games, and knowing I don't have a gun, a knife...or even a punch to throw, kinda informs you on how screwed you really are. My brother was excited when I told him about it, but when he watched me play it, I think all he would say to playing it is, "nope."

Funny too, because I was thinking about Metro 2033 (still haven't beaten it) when I started playing this. And Metro is pretty damn scary, too. But, I don't know...there's something that is slightly more reassuring about having a gun in my hands in that game. Not having anything to defend yourself with, not even a knife, compounds the fear and stress in Outlast.

It's also probably the most stressful and nerve wracking stealth game I've ever played.
