Page loading weird

Main page and this page seem to have some coding issues with Chrome, the page format starts good, then reverts to some90's like plain text format. What is going on, is it my end or yours? Started on the www SSH page, and is now on the BB page.

On my Chrome lately, I have noticed distortion. Like, Avatarts of people ghosting, playing choppy, and extending past their size. Next time it happens, I will screen shot it.
