I think he's a real good actor but I know nothing about ocean master really.

Know next t nothing about the character but Patrick Wilson is awesome

An inspired, choice, imo. I like this & look forward to seeing what Wilson does with the character.

Does anyone know a movie where Wilson plays a good antagonist? If I'm not mistaken he usually plays the good guy. I liked his Nite Owl.

I can see Wilson playing up the pampered and out of touch aristocrat to AquaMomoa's raised away from royalty "regular" guy.

You can try 'The Ledge' starring Patrick Wilson, Charlie Hunnam and Liv Tyler. :) :)

That's pretty much how I see it. And it seems most likely they'll go for New 52 approach with Orm being fully of royal blood and Arthur an illegitimate child.

From what I've heard he's the "victim" in that movie. Haven't seen it so I don't know how sleezy his character was written.

Give it a watch. It's... Well it's unsettling. But the two leads' performances keep you on edge. I found that the "did he/didn't he?" aspect was played well.

Hard Candy. He plays as a predator.

...that was Patrick Wilson, now that I think about it. Wow, that movie seems so long ago, but it is an unsettling watch. And once he loses what control he has, yes, given what he goes through, I could see why some would see him as a victim rather than the perpetrator.

Thinking back at Ellen Page's performance in that film, I have to wonder if, with the right direction, she also could've pulled off Hit-Girl. Liked Chloe Moretz, yes, but Page was a downright psycho in that film.

Fun fact: Patrick Wilson's wife played Henry Cavill's mom in Count of Monte Cristo. So Orm is Superman's father in law.:o

Can't wait to see what costuming they come up with for Wilson's Orm.

There wasn't any description of Orm from cinemacon?

Hm... shame. I'm curious what they'll do with him.

I can't wait to see him as Orm...hopefully we get some set photos of him in his Orm costume soon

I really hope we get an official look before. Screw fuzzy long distance pics from an IPhone!

Loved that film - two fantastic performances.

I wonder if Orm and Aquaman will have a Thor/Loki type of sibling rivalry

I see them more as having a Kylie Minogue/Danii Minogue type relationship
