Paul Fusco preparing to bring ALF to the big screen

watch on youtube the unrated alf bloopers and you will realize that we need a R rated Alf movie. it would be perfect.

I watched the bloopers and I approve of an R rated Alf. "If you're gonna touch me, touch me down here." :funny:

Disney did it with the Muppets.
muppet..........puppet. alf was a puppet because it was a 80's multi cam tv show.

i understand the complaining that hollywood is using to much CGI. for example a Stephen Sommers movie or the Star Was prequels. where they could use practical effects and stunt doubles.

but this will be a comedy with an alien.

Regardless of Alf being a puppet, I was saying that the Muppets didn't go CGI. Alf could do the same, but I'm not complaining until I see what he looks like.

Also, Muppets are still puppets... Just with a different name.

If they can pull a Yoda were the CG looks pretty close to the real world puppet, it's a possibility. But it can't look off at all.

Ya I still rather do puppet and cg him only as needed.

I actually got a little excited before I learned the ass holes behind the Smurfs were doing this. Now I'm 99% sure this'll be ass.

Like I said back a page just cause the guys who did smurfs are on it shouldn't mean its be crap. When paul alff creator is invovled with thee project and I am sure he wouldn't want to screw with things much.

If they do CGI...I hope they at least keep the gag where you never see his whole body in frame.
