Iron Man Peter David to write Iron Man novelization!

Wich ones?

During the part where Jason is killing all the mutants and making them go crazy the book cuts to a few spots around the world/country showing how other mutants are getting affected by it.

One had angel crash down from the sky while he was flying in some snow covered mountain terrain. Another mentioned Gambit in New Orleans. He was in a bar playing cards with some people and when he threw one of his cards down it exploded blowing up the table and knocking everyone back.

Is Nick Fury in the novel? Also, any clues as to who Hilary Swank's character is?

I have decided I am gonna go on and pick this up tomorrow at some time. I am a pretty quick reader so if you guys want spoilers let me know and I can post them.

That's what I'd like to know as well. Fat chance they'd spoil the surprise in the novel, though.

in the novel a shield agent introduces himself to pepper as agent "clausen"in the movie it could be fury though

At least shield is in it though. You are reading the Jr. novel right?

yes i plan to get a copy of the main adaptation though

Oh cool.

My girlfriend is not back from work yet so I haven't got the novel yet. I will probably end up reading it all night.

if its half as good as the jr novel you have a good book on you hands trust me on this:im::stark:

I read a review of the Iron Man novel here which makes it sound like Clausen tries to get into contact with Stark throughout the movie but never does. Maybe Fury shows up in person near the end to take matters into his own hands?

I didn't read anything about Clausen in that review.

And about Fury showing near the end -- I'm fine with it, because the review did state that the ending is better than anything we've seen before.

I think he meant Coulson.

I think webhead has said his friend got him a copy, but he had not got his hands on it yet.

I'll be checking Barnes & Noble when I go to work tomorrow night. I work graveyard so there's plenty of time for me to read it. I just hope B&N has it by then. I'd get it tonight before work but I'm broke until I can cash my next paycheck on Friday.

That is where I plan on getting my later, it says on the website the one I go to has it, so hopefully when I get there they have it.

I finally went and got it, can't wait to start it.

So is the novel you guys are all getting the full thing or that Jr. novelization that I've been hearing about?

I got the full thing, 3d has the Jr. novel right now.

I am on page 37 and it is all ready so many types of great. At this point I could not fight tradition and read the last page of the book... and let's say...my mind is blown and good times in the sequel.
