Phantasy Star Universe Demo problem

So I download the demo and everytime I try to play it in get this message:

Your Privacy settings prohibit you from playing Phantasy Star Universe on Xbox Live. Please change the contents access to "Everyone" in Privacy settings in your gamer profile.

So I looked around the dashboard settings but I can't find the privacy settings, can anyone point my in the right direction?

Click on your gamertag, I think, and go to "Account Setting" or something like that. Should see Privacy settings in there somewhere.
