photoshop help

for some reason my photoshop is now messing up, when i use my eye dropper tool to select a colour, even though i'm hitting the left click on the mouse, the selected colour always get stored as the background colour

ie my two colour box are set with black in the foreground and white in the background i move the eye dropper to a red and the background changes to red where as the foreground stays black

this is extremley werid

its probably one of the configurations. try tweaking with it to get it to behave the way it was.

if nothing works you can always uninstall then reinstall it again.
