Games have to be specifically coded to do this, and unfortunately the first game to do it is Lair, and I'm sure the quality of the experience would vary wildly depending on latency, but a cool gimmick none the less.

So you can play Lair on your PSP using Remote Play. The first time you launch it you will receive a timeout error (at least I did). I reconnected and then it launched, starting from the THX demo.
You fly with the analog nub. It stutters sometimes but is definitely playable. The resolution isn't bad either.
I've only tried it via ad-hoc with both my PSP and PS3 on the same WLAN. Maybe someone could try it outside of their own network.
