I'll start with Favorite Character Arcs, for now.

5: Lance (S1-2, 4). I disliked his S3 arc, but I loved the rest of it. Going from hunting Oliver to trusting and working with him, and then working with him again in S4 and basically confessing his demons to him.

4: Laurel (S1-4). Laurel's arc has had its rough patches, that's for sure. But her S2 arc in particular ended wonderfully even if it was hard getting through her alcoholic stage. Her acceptance of Oliver's identity and encouragement for him to take on Slade in the finale was great. Her becoming Black Canary has been awesome, too, though she's been better in S4 than S3.

3: Oliver (S1-4). Oliver's arc throughout the whole show has been great, though S3 was a huge rough patch, but I think it was necessary for him to develop further. Seeing him go from vigilante to anti-hero to straight up hero was a worthwhile journey, for sure.

2: Roy (S1-4). Roy should be 1, but you'll see why he isn't shortly. He went from a self-serving street rat to looking for a purpose greater than his own, to finding that purpose, finding love with Thea, and going from hot-tempered to cool-headed, and even lecturing Laurel on being cool-headed. He sacrifices himself for Oliver in S3. Then we see how much he's grown in his S4. It's a great, series-wide arc.

1: Tommy (S1): Tommy's arc is perhaps understated, but I think it's a really great arc. He could've ended up being a jerk after he found out who Oliver really was, and for a while he was, but in the end he stayed true to his friend rather than joining his father on the proverbial dark side. Even as he died, he wanted to make sure Laurel and his father, the latter who he really didn't like, were alive and all right. Quite the journey from spoiled rich kid.

I'll start with Favorite Character Arcs, for now.

I suppose you could include everyone that you mentioned, Laurel and Sara IMO (she did work with them a lot in season 2). Quentin Lance has helped them a lot this season and has been in the "cave" a lot too, he could be included IMO. I don't think Ray should be included, he did not help them that much. Do you agree with that regarding Ray? Nyssa helped them in the past, but she was more "outside help", I would say, so she was not really a TA member.

Sara and Quentin I could see, although I don't really think of them as core members. It seems like Ray would be pushing it.

Of course, now we know it was just Malcolm Merlyn's cohorts (though I do still wonder why he needed the Starling City elite to back him for the Undertaking), but at the time it seemed really grand and epic, a plot point that could cross multiple seasons. I'm glad they didn't overuse the List, but at the same time dropping it after one season seemed almost a waste. I get it, though.

I agree with this. It doesn't really bother me, but more could have been done with it IMO.

I'm just going to list my top 5 characters.

5. Lance - I feel sorry for Lance. He is constantly losing despite only ever wanting to do good. I do dislike the way he was written in S3 especially after directing his anger at Oliver and not Laurel as he should.
4. Nyssa - Despite her appearance of freedom Nyssa is the most oppressed of all the characters in the show but still manages to remain incredibly badass. Her inner struggles between honouring her father/duty and wanting to do what she wants, her skills and her interest in learning and being true to herself make for an incredibly strong character.
3. Roy - Roy was an incredibly underused character in the show. It does feel like he was only brought in to pave the way for Thea but throughout all that we do see him grow. I haven't seen the second half of S4 yet but from his strength of leaving what was a good, new life in S3 just shows how great a character he is.
2. Slade - For someone who was only on the show for pretty much two seasons he has had a huge impact. Going from an ally to a friend he was incredibly well acted with a touching storyline.
1. Laurel - I know some people absolutely hate this character but for myself she is the most developed of all the character. Some may reject this but how many characters have gone what she's through. She's lost her sister numerous times, she's lost two boyfriends, she's lost herself. But look at her now. An efficient member of Team Arrow who has to fight her inner demons and some of the most powerful enemies the world could muster and she's still standing.

Shout out for Diggle who is a brilliant character but he has remained consistent throughout his time and doesn't feel all that developed since his first appearance.

Fave Team Arrow:
1. Oliver - consistent. From Season 1 I was most surprised with Amell. Pleasantly so.
2. Sara Lance - loved her Canary. Like a girl version of Batman as a fighter.
3. Diggle - again, consistent. The show is at its best when he and Oliver are bonding over vodka

I'd prefer to end the list there as I feel the ever- growing team drags down the show, but for the sake of the question, I'll go with :

5. Felicity - she makes the list because seasons 1 and 2 she was possibly one of my favorite characters. Seasons 3 and 4 is a different story.
Honorable mention : Lyla

Favorite villains:
So many. Really the highlight of the show.
1. Slade - one of my all time favorite TV villains. Tragic character. Very dangerous
2. Merlyn - complex and well acted. He's mesmerizing and evil yet likable
3. Bronze Tiger - just badass
4. Deadshot - see bronze tiger. Deep and a good arc. I liked how they made him Diggles nemesis
5. Mr. Blank - creepy as all get-out
Honorable mention:
So many, but I would say Komodo, Brother Blood, The Mayor, China White, Ivvo

Favorite Scenes
1. Moira tells Oliver "she knows". I literally cried.
2. Moira's death. Positions Slade as irredeemable.
3. Scene in season 2 where Brother Blood crucifies Oliver for missing a fundraiser for the Glades. He gives a speech repeatedly asking "where is Oliver Queen?" stating "he doesn't care." Interspersed with the speech are cut always of Oliver riding into battle as Green Arrow. Great scene.
4. Season 1 ending. Tommys death. Oliver's emotion. The camera pans away revealing Oliver had failed the city. I didn't see any of that coming.
5. Parkour scenes from season 1.

Favorite action scenes
Again there's been a ton
1. Season 2 finale with Slade. Love the culmination of island flashbacks and present day interspliced.
2. Season 1 finale vs Merlyn. Very emotional. It felt like Oliver couldn't win.
3. Hallway fight to rescue stepdad in season 1.
4. Komodo motorcycle joust.
5. Solomon Grundy fights
Honorable mention: Constantine Drakkon and his men in the pilot. Also Oliver/Roy/Barry/Lyla/Diggle vs. Capt. Boomerang

Funnily enough, I have to update some things as there was stuff from the end of last season that I liked and that are amongst my favourites. Darhk should be higher on my villain list and favourite character list and there was a scene in Genesis with Oliver having to watch all his darkest moments that I liked and thought was well done.

well, my favorite Team Arrow is:

1.Arrow and Canary - loved their dynamic in season two. It would have been nice to see just the two of them, working on a case
2. Oliver Queen/Arrow - alone - i guess I am the only one who loved the pilot of Arrow, where it was just Oliver Queen doing everything on his own. Yes, it was lonely, but powerful
3. Oliver,Felicity, Diggle - these three were quite enjoyable in the early seasons

2. I love the parallel scenes of present times and flashbacks in the season one. They were done pretty well and enhanced the situation the character was in and who he is. - For example on the dinner table first meal back home, Thea asks Oliver - 'how was it there', there is a flashback, and then he replays - 'Cold'. Very good scene. Or the interrogation scene where Lance suspects Oliver for the first time to be the Hood, he asks him if he killed anyone, there is a flashback of how Sara dies, and then Oliver - replays- 'Yes'.
3. Sara and Sin talk in the tower - 'No woman should suffer from the hands of men' scenes
4. Arrow interrogates Moira Queen - 'Moira Queen you have failed this city'
5. Oliver and Sara in the hospital to see Sin - 'We are both ghosts'
6. Oliver and Slade scenes in the both seasons - loved them as friends and loved them as enemies
7. Oliver and Anatoly scenes - this season they are great
and many more....

Favourite Villains:
In Order: Deathstroke, Ra's (i know the execution to the season was poor but there wasn't a problem with the character), Merlyn and Boomerrang. Long list but those would be my top 4. Wasn't a huge fan of Damian Darkh. Good actor but the character to me sucked.

Favourite Characters:
In Order: Oliver, Sarah, Deathstroke, Thea, Ra's, The Russian Dude from Rocky (he's doing a great job so far lol - i hope he says "I shall break you")

Love all the finales and crossovers. Season 5 may be the most consistently good season. Hasn't really felt like any filler episodes yet.

So Many. Season 2 mostly when Deathtroke was just owning everyone. I also enjoyed Ra's vs Oliver.
