Some SPOILERS from Hulk #109!
So it looks like Amadeus Cho, Hercules, Angel, and Namora are probably going to be a post WWH super-team. It could pretty cool providing Pak has a hand in writing it. It is very likely that Scorpion could be on the team as well.
Thoughts?

I'd rather Namora be in AGENTS OF ATLAS. :(

She could pull a Wolverine and be on both. It doesn't seem like the Agents of Atlas are doing much these days anyway. :(

Not interested.:csad:

Well.....

Maybe if they add more Avengers. :woot:

Anything without "THE INITIATIVE" on top is probably pretty refreshing for Marvel these days.

Does this count as a spoiler in the title?

Nah. I haven't read Hulk #109 yet and I had no idea what the thread was about when I opened it.

Maybe add one more character, Rick Jones and your set.

What would Rick do? Be cannon fodder to distract the villains while the rest of the team sneak up behind them?

You could bring back that whole link between and Cap Marvel?

Yeeeeah. Like Captain Marvel's gonna wanna work with Jones again. Considering his new full-time job as Negative Zone warden (though we all know thats not gonna last) I don't see Mar-Vell hanging around on Terra Firma for long.

Is it just me...or are they way too many teams books in Marvel these days? I mean: Runaways, New X-Men, Astonishing X-Men, Uncanny X-Men, X-Factor, New Warriors, New Avengers, The Mighty Avengers, Young Avengers (possibly), the Loners, the Thunderbolts and now the Renegades? I'd rather see a Wrecking Crew comedy title about how Wrecker recruits his boys, Thunderball's secret job at 7-11 and Bulldozer's battle with amnesia after using his head too much.

LOL! LOL! LOL!:wow: :o :o :o :o :o

Its true. writers don't seem to even WANT to acknowledge Mar-Vell's return. Look at WWH. I mean Tony could say: "If I don't stop the Hulk, call Mar-Vell out of the N-Zone and back him up with the Sentry. That should stop Hulk in his tracks." Rather than "The Sentry is the ONLY one who can stop the Hulk! We need to convince Bob that what we're doing is right! While the Warbound rampages through New York and the Phalanx are @#$%ing up KREE space, tell Mar-Vell to sit his ass down and play with his thumbs rather than TRY to save one of these places." Jerk.

I'm sure once the Captain Marvel mini comes out there will be some explinations as to where he was for certain events, and why he wasnt there. He probably leaves the N-Zone and goes on soem space adventures. What I'd really l;ove to see is Marv show up in Conquest, towards the end.

I really dont see that happening smm. Since in Conquest Kree Space has ben generally cordoned off the only characters able to fight the Phalanx are already within.

I dont see it happening either, but I would love to see it, Conquest would really be the right place for him.

And have him displace Nova? No thanks. Mar-Vell is better of dead. Or sitting on his hands in the N-Zone

It's just a mini? Thank you almighty comic book god. That means that the only thing for him to do is smell the roses do some **** and then be like "This isn't where I'm suppose to be!" and go back in time again and we can all pretned this that this never happened. Well I wouldn't object to him doing something particularly awesome to remind us of Captain marvels Greatness.. LIKE RESURRECTING HIS SON.

Marvel has a lot period these days. Granted unlike a while ago the majority of it is good-great. I don't mind the teams, it would make sense, honestly speaking, that heroes would be on teams and work together. The hero who could bare all that stress alone, realistically, would be a bit of a rarity. They're all a different style of team (well X-Men not withstanding). NA and the MA are very different ass are the Thunderbolts. If they were all just JLA/MA equivalents of various power I'd the more issue with the amount of teams in the Marvel U.

Technically you could also Include the Initiative, as well as the Order, of and Omega Flight. Granted those 3 teams are all 'Government' sponsored teams, so you might have a bit of a point.

Though this Team of Renegades sounds lame...

True true but considering the number of super-hero teams isn't it about time the villains formed a more bankable union or something? They've been easy pickings for a while now. And there hasn't been a great Hero VS Villain team clash in ages in both Marvel and DC. The only ones I recall was the Teen Titans VS Titans East and now the SinCorps VS the GLCorps. Where are the Masters of Evil? Where is the Serpent Society? Where's the Red Ghost and his chimps (in a zoo according to NW Vol.3)? Villains need to get their gig back together

One of the inherent difficulties with the shift that the Marvel U has taken (towards more of a 'big brother' America) is that it makes it harder for super villains to operate. Overall the change in tone of the Marvel U has been great (at least imo) but it makes the easier and classical "Villain doing villainous things" a bit harder to pull of in the current atmosphere.

The next Marvel thing after this will be the [BLACKOUT]Skrull[/BLACKOUT] issue. I wouldn't be surprised if that somehow led to a Super Villian re-emergence as [BLACKOUT]heroes within the Marvel U ranks are revealed as Skrulls, and that will in turn be destabilizing the power base Tony has/had (who's to say if he will still be director of Shield after WWH, hough I hope he is)[/BLACKOUT]. I don't think[BLACKOUT] it will crumble to the point of things going back to how they were pre-CW, but there's definitely a power shift coming up[/BLACKOUT].

If the [BLACKOUT]Skrull[/BLACKOUT] thing does take off then everything written in Annihilation about the [BLACKOUT]Skrulls[/BLACKOUT] will just be pissed on and thats just f'ed up since Annihilation (and Annihilus) rocked HARD

That could be a pretty cool team. And Rick Jones can be quite useful. He's got major hero connections and is trained in hand-to-hand combat by the likes of Captain America. He certainly has heroing experience on par with the others.

I think by the end of the whole WWH thing, at least one of the Warbound will remain on Earth to become a hero or so. I'm gueesing its either Miek, Elloe or that Shadow Priest guy depending on the popularities of the characters.
