I'm pretty confident that Snyder's love of the comics, particularly TDKR, guarantees that he will fit "The one man who beat you" quote into the film. It's an iconic quote in comic books, and I seriously doubt Snyder will pass up the chance to use it.
They aren't as prominent in the proper version

I hope he doesn't. I'd prefer TDKR influences to be kept to certain images (like what batfan just posted) ONLY. Anything more will make me.
And that doesn't mean I don't think batman can or should be a threat to superman. I just don't want it done like TDKR.
Inspired by this i wanted to ask for gratifying shots of Superman just enjoying himself with his powers. We all have wished to be able to fly at one point or another, and Superman has that. We got that with that scene where he started flying, but it was so brief and the camera work so shaky that i didnt enjoy it.
A Superman fan shouldn't like TDKR it does him no justice at all.

As far as comics go, Grant Morrison GETS that. Here's Superman, just chilling on the clouds, or playing with his dog on the moon. I want to see that, i want to see him smiling and enjoying himself.

I agree. I'm not against them showing the sad/difficult parts of his life, but I'd like it to be contrasted with happy moments like this.
Also, I'd like them to show the "everyday" things that superman does.
What superman (and other heroes) choose to do on as daily basis is difficult, joyful and moving.

Something like this might be controversial, but realistically, superman would deal with similar situations. It shows that he cares for humans both en mass and as individuals. No one is just a number to him.
I would like to see a Gotham scene with rain and lightning. Really moody visuals. Batman Begins touched on this with the Narrows, but I think Snyder could elevate the vibe. No Batman movie has captured the dark, stormy night which most reflects Batman's personality.
I really like the anger in Superman' s face there. If a situation like this is used in film, I'd love if Supes resolved it without his powers, that'd be great to see
