Exactly like this shot with the capes seeming like they are they're own characters.:funny:

ahahaha Super Café is going to be awesome once this film comes out/when trailers are out.

Especially since Wonder Woman will finally show up. :awesome:

Oh my word you're right!!! I can't wait for the whole JL to show up at the café! and Jessie Eisenburg's Lex at the Villain bar (or whatever it's called)

This scene is awesome! This, or something like this scene should definitely take place in the upcoming justice league movie (and not just the conversation - I like seeing Superman and Flash going at it with their speed powers). Out of curiosity, is Barry Allen anywhere near the characterization of Wally West from the JLA TV series? In comic strips like these, I feel like that humor may have just been fabricated solely for the Flash in the cartoon series and not based on any source material from the comics. That or I'm a little dusty on the Flash.

Barry Allen is nothing like the Wally West from the DCAU. Neither is Wally West.

From the traditional line up DCAU Wally is most like Silver Age Hal Jordan, a joker, a bit airheaded.

From the Flashes he's most like Bart Allen, Impulse/Kid Flash, it was actually Bart as Impulse who was originally going to be in the series.

I'd like to see something like that, and that they show Superman's speed, similar to how they showed in X-Men how fast Quicksilver is in the "Time in a Bottle" scene.

It isn't anything against Batman, but what I would like to see, and that is just me personally would be that no matter what Batman tried, that they just showed no matter how smart Batman's plan seemed that Superman would be unfazed by it. Something I would like to see in particular is Batman planning on having a way to beat Superman, and that the audience is led to believe that it is going to work and that when it finally happens that it is like the first scene in the Godzilla movie where

the MUTO is destroying the airport and Godzilla just stands in and everything goes quiet.

I would like that Batman plans, plans, and plans, and that the scene where Superman defeats him easily comes across as something similar to this scene, that gets that same reaction that this scene got:

AKA I'm tired of Batman always looking badass at the expense of Superman and want revenge on film.

I think this is the one you're looking for (which is awesome btw):

Intro-02.jpg

This may have been said already, but I particularly like another scene from DCAU-a battle is going on and Batman is ejected from plane. While hurtling head first towards the ground, he calmly radios for help and mentions "Because I can't fly. At all." Never once losing his cool. Heck, with Superman's hearing he might not need the radio

^ I know what scene you're talking about. That is a good one. I wish I could find a gif of it, but I can't.

You aren't going to introduce Batman in the film and then make him look like a punk, that's just fanboy wishes.

It's revenge porn for Superman fans and I get that. Writers traditionally have Batman coming away from their encounters looking strong.

I'm biased for the Bat, I think it would be fair to both give them a "win" so to speak. Batman gets the upper hand at some point and Superman gets some level of comeuppance or at least is able to show that he isn't some dumb farmboy.

Fair point, but Snyder would be smart to tread lightly on that stuff, you can't piss off the fans that took Batman to two billion in his movies over the fans that took Superman to 600 million, the easiest way is the safest, make everyone seem fairly equal in the movie, let the real smackdowns occur later on in the universe.

Absolutely. If Batman ends up looking too strong in the film, I don't think I could take the whining for the next two years after BvS releases.

So because of previous success Batman should come out on top and short change Superman AGAIN ?WTF!

That would be funny, but now that Bats has a "para-cape" it can't really be done. Actually, I suppose they could just damage his cape too...

I think Superman saving a free-falling Batman would be really cool. Then Bats could give him that stern look afterwards as if to say "I had it under control".
