While I do hope the Miller influence on this work is minimal, I'm heavily in favor of including a shot like this. This is just...neat. I can imagine a batman that wears a suit with a gray batskin-like body and a leathery batwing cape striking this pose and thinking nothing of it (meanwhile any witnessing humans wonder what breed of beast he's become).

Seeing Superman tossed around for no good Goddamned reason by Batman is a big part of DC and WB's problem to getting traction for any other of their superheroes. In fact I might say it's the perfect metaphor for DCE's problems across the board these last 30 plus years.

Good stuff.

I'd prefer Superman to use his experience as a journalist to figure out who Batman is instead of cheating and using his X-Ray vision off the bat.
