The one you posted is JLA Vs. Avengers art by Kevin MacGuire but it wasn't part of the comics per se.

if i could fix the quality of the picture id scan it to make a poster but i dont know how to do that. and is that the whole picture or who ever saved that cut some of the sides off cause i on see half some of those other guys.

I've seen the arm wrestling one you posted somewhere else and you're right, it IS a bigger picture.
