The thing about videoing weddings and such anymore is that everybody has a video camera these days, so I can't see that you could really charge very much, to be honest. Unless you put together a very unique package with great music and creative ideas, it won't really be that much different than a couple of uncles setting up tripods and filming the ceremony. Maybe offer to do a few for free so you can get experience and practice editing them in a pleasing way. Also, it might give you good word of mouth. Anyway, good luck with it.
