Problem with site

Whenever I try to get to the forums from the 2:15 to 2:45 AM it will say database error.I was wondering if it was a problem with the forums or my computer?

It is when the site does it's daily upkeep. It happens to everyone at that time, relative to their time zone. For me it is 11:15 till 11:45 PM
