NO ONE, has said that CGI was not used, we are just saying it was full CGI. The pics you have shown prove that, we have said that there were CGI enhancements, enhancements that you described. He's NOT full CGI.
But as usual, its ridiculously ignorant to argue with you, because you don't understand what anyone has said, or you just like to argue. So.........you have been told once again, he was not full cgi. Believe it or not, doesn't matter to me.

i will writte this again because the dvd will come out and i expect some fans here to say that i was wrong.
on the set doug was wearing a suit. he acted in that suit. he had two suits.
the first suit is this:
this is the suit that they used when SS has full powers and reflects everything because he is the silver surfer.
i have no pics of the second suit. but the second suit is a dirty suit. its when SS lost hes powers. when he lot it he also lost the refelction in the movie. when SS has no powers its 100% doug in the suit.
ok now lets talk when SS has 100% powers. he reflects everything. they used the first suit when they were filming. basicly they used almost the same proces that they used for the Torch.
ok so how did they do the torch? tehy used the raw footage from chris evans. and then they matchmoved hes whole body and face.
what is matchmoving? its a process where the CGI artist are on the computer copying the whole movement from the actor. so basicly they then have teh same movement on the CGI double.in this video you can see what i am talking about

when they were finished the pasted teh CGI silver surfer on top of doug. now they had 100% control on the surface that reflects everything.
now they had to make HDRI enviorments. they need this for refelction. this is like an image in a sphere. its fakes the enviorment in the CGI software for realistic reflection. here is a link for HDRI:

at the end they also had to make the reflection of jessica alba. so now they have the green grass at the bottom and teh blue sky on top of doug. around him are the trees.and like i showed two pics. in one pic is doug in the suit that looks like a shiny plastic. in the second pic that is the finished shot we can see SS that reflect green grass from the bottom,blue sky above him,trees around him and jassica alba that is infront of him. he reflects everything. so the whole surface was pasted on top of doug.
everything is visible on pics.
SS's surface when he has full powers reflects everything. silver is like a mirror and reflects everything. SS in the movie reflects everything. it is not part CGI. it is full CGI. there was no motion capute. it was only matchmoved like they did with all scenes with chris evans.doug jones was on the set in a special suit.
this iis my opinion. as you see is spend like 15 minutes on this post.i tryed to back up all of this with links,pics and even wikepedia. . you.....you are only talking what you read in some magazine.
