I have the PS2 version, and I was curious as to how to destroy the cobwebs, cuz there's one stopping me in post office(the crazy neighborhood with FBI guys level). Not even FAQS can help me, they just say to get rid of it, but give no real explanation.

I haven't played this game in a while,but isn't there like a fire power?

I loved this game. Shame they never made a sequel

There is a fire power. You get it after level 10.

As for the cobwebs, you can purchase a cobweb duster in the general store in the big building in the camp (the first area you visit from the cabins).

While virtually every reviewer loved the game and received high marks across the board, the sales were very disappointing. It'd be like GTA 4 struggling to crack 500,000 copies sold

I remember one level where you had to go through the streets and avoid this rampaging bull. And the Meat Circus level was so whacked out and awesome.

I felt Meat Circus was more annoying than fun and it seemed to ignore the spirit of the rest of the game. Every level up to that point had a central point of exploring. I liked hunting around through the camp trying to find arrowheads or psi cards or simply trying to find each camper and hear more bizarre dialogue. I liked tromping through a city like Godzilla, to going through an opera house, to running in the streets of a Spanish village while keeping an eye out for the bull, to walking through the neighborhood of the milkman.

Then I get to the Meat Circus. The vastness and exploration is gone. What was up to that point taking platform elements and turning them on it's head, I was left with a traditional platform level. The enjoyment disappears when I have to escort an annoying young Oly and then a water level.

That's true. It really does suck it didn't do too well. You could tell from the ending they were interested in a sequel. I'm gonna have to play through this game again.

I would like a sequel as well, but I wouldn't know how they could possibly top the first one. It would be like what Ion Storm experienced regarding Deus Ex and it's sequel. Invisible War was a good game, however held next to the original it was a let down.

And I think I read somewhere that Tim Schafer has never been interested in making sequels

Thanks for the help, guys. I'm only as far as the milkman, but damn if the dilog isn't the bees knees. "the milk is delicious" "beware, not all milk is enriched" and other stuf I can't remember all had me giggling like a schoolgirl.

Yeah, this thread inspired me to go look up the cutscenes for Milkman Conspiracy. Steven Blum as the various guards made for some funny ****. And the crazy girl scout sniper was great.
