A group of Quasar fanboys got togther and sent Bill Rosemann a Quasar cake in an attempt to persuade him to bring Wendell Vaughn back. I can't decide it this is cute or ******ed. You decide.

Well if that's Roseman in the second pic, I think his look says all. Its nice to see such loyalty from a fan though I still feel that it isn't right to bring back Wendell this soon.

I think you're right. Let things play out a bit and then bring him back. He wasn't big enough to demand a quick return.

Hahaha, that's awesome. I still hope it's Genis rather than Wendell who comes back in Annihilation: Conquest, but I definitely want Wendell back at some point. Phyla's definitely no Quasar. Give her the Super-Adaptoid's knock-off quantum bands and let her do her own thing with lesbian dragon Moondragon.

My feelings are this: Quasar fanboys, need to switch up the character they worship. I like Quasar, but seriously, it's mother****ing Quasar.

He's a legitimately good character. A bit of a boyscout, sure, but I like that.

He's a good character if the story he's in is good. It's the same for any character.

A good portion of it, yeah. It was the '80s; that was good back then.

I's not de wrong one, suh. You's de one dat tinks Quasar's bad book was gudd.

So does claiming that bad 80's stories are actually good.

Wow! Wow! Back it up there bucko. Are you calling the Gruenwald written series bad?! That's some superhero gold, especially around issue #25, with the fight against Maelstrom. There was a man that knew how to write a superhero epic.

Also, that cake is ****ing awesome. I'd at least love some Quasar TPB's.

I never payed attention to who was writing those books. But if it's the Quasar series from the 80's, then yes. It was bad.
