Question about Animated Gifs for Avators

I hope that someone can help me out.

I uploaded an Animated Gif to PhotoBucket. The Gif moves when I look at it there. I link it on the Thread, it moves there. I apply it to the Avatar screen, and it doesn't move when I try to make it my Avator. What is the problem? Please Help.

You've maxed out the gif size for your avvy. How many kb's is it?

I think the dimensions are too big. Only 50 x 50 for 3,000 posts or less
