Question about Jason Todd's Death

Hello All,

I figured I'd take this question to the forums as I couldn't find an answer from Google...

I'm wondering if anyone has an idea of when (the time of year or date) Jason Todd was killed in the fictional storyline? Does anyone have an idea of the time of year portrayed in A Death in the Family?

For example, in the storyline, was he killed in the spring season, or month of April, or was this information not known in the plot?

Well had to be after Feb. 1979 because I recall the Ayatollah is mentioned and offers The Joker a job in his government (no wonder the U.S. government thought he was a nut).
