Question about Confidential

I am just wondering what stories are off limits to Confidential? I mean for example Batman takes place after The Man Who Laugh so I am wondering are they allowed to tell how Bruce met Robin, or redo origins of the Riddler or someone like that, or they allowed to re tell how Jason Todd was killed? Same goes for Superman are they allowed to retell the death of Superman or when he got married or asked Lois to marry him or how he told Lois he was Superman? What is allowed and what isn't?

The whole idea is that creators can tell stories from anywhere in the past of the two heroes. Pretty much anything in-continuity is fair game, I'd assume.

Hey kiddo clam down. My real reason for asking this question was because I wanteed to know if they are able to redo classic stories example Death of Superman, The Killing Joke, Superman's Wedding, Death in the family. I wanted to know what is off limited and what isn't.
