Anyway, you can walk on the water near the Statue of Liberty because of that tunnel.

You can also go under the water into a glitch world in that area too.

no its not...same as every other one...and as far as reaching the liberty lady...you can get close with venom but no cigar

its the same powers and stuff just with the black suit. and where specifically do u go to get into the underwater world
